Distance Learning

Barnes & Conti has teamed up with Cisco WebEx in order to deliver our programs over the World Wide Web to one or more computers in your workplace. The distance learning versions of our programs take advantage of WebEx's rich multi-media capabilities, and feature two Barnes & Conti trainers per program. We feature two trainers so that one trainer can facilitate the course, leaving another trainer free to answer live text-based chats within the WebEx interface.

Features of the Cisco WebEx Environment:

• Live audio for both the trainer and the participants
• Text-based chat available to trainers and participants. Chat can be private or include the entire group
• Virtual “breakout” sessions are available so that participants can practice skills in small groups. Trainers can wander virtually into each breakout session to monitor, observe, and/or facilitate

Distance Learning participants will receive a digital file (Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Reader required) of our program workbook. Depending on the program, participants will have access to digital files of resource material and/or online performance support materials.
